Do I have a maximum limit on the number of requests?
As a subscriber, you can submit as many design requests as you need. We'll process them one by one.
How quickly can I expect to receive my designs?
Usually, you'll receive your designs within two days or less. However, this timeline may vary for complex requests.
How does pausing my subscription work?
If you have fewer design tasks than anticipated, you can pause your subscription. This feature allows you to temporarily suspend your subscription until you require additional design services.
What programs do you use?
Most design requests are done using the industry standard Adobe Creative Cloud.
For web design we use Wordpress and Webflow. We can also fine-tune using HTML / CSS if needed.
Finally, for marketing integrations, we use infusionsoft, active campaign, and FGFunnels linked through Zapier or directly to webflow.
What design projects are not included in your services?
Ladon Media does not handle certain types of design projects, including: 3D modeling, document design (such as legal or medical forms), complex packaging, and extensive print design.
What if I only require one design?
That's completely fine. Once your design is delivered, you can pause your subscription until you have more design needs. You won't lose any of your subscription time.
What is your policy regarding refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds due to the exceptional quality of our work.
